"What's affecting my score today?"
"Are any of our sites slipping or non compliant?"
"Do we have any checklists that get missed regularly?"

On Telsen, every kitchen, every site, every fridge is already generating data. Temperatures, checks, workflows, alerts. Telsen has been collecting it for years. The hard part has always been knowing which piece of it matters to you, today, without digging for it.

Most teams have a time problem, not a data problem. Nobody running a kitchen has an hour to spend cross referencing reports to find the one checklist that keeps slipping. They just want an answer.

The shift

So we built a way to just ask.

Open the Telsen app and ask it directly. No dashboards, no filters, no report to review. You ask the question you'd ask a colleague, and you get the answer, using your own live data from your own sites.

It's built to flex to however your operation actually runs. Whether you're one site or five hundred, one kitchen or a whole estate, the assistant works with your data as it exists. No two operators check the same things the same way, and it doesn't force you into one.

How it works

Some questions have one right answer. "Is there an open alert?", "Did today's checks get completed?", "Is a sensor offline?" For these, certainty matters more than conversation, so the assistant answers them directly from your data, instantly. No interpretation needed because none is wanted.

Other questions need real thinking. "Are any of our sites slipping?" isn't a lookup, it's a pattern across weeks of data, across sites, across checklists. That's where the assistant reasons through your operational history using Claude, working out what you're asking and pulling together an answer that would otherwise take digging to find.

The assistant has been trained to understand your questions, and answers accordingly.

What next?

Right now, the assistant answers. Ask a follow up in the same conversation and it remembers the context, so a quick back and forth feels natural rather than starting over each time. And every answer is scoped to what you're allowed to see, so a site manager sees their sites and a regional lead sees their region, automatically.

Asking is just the start. The same conversation that tells you a checklist keeps slipping will soon be able to help you fix it, without switching out of the chat to go do it yourself.

The data was always there. Now it finally works for you instead of the other way round.
